Koruba

KORUBA is a very special young stag who grows an enormous head of velvet for such a young animal. Not only did he cut 10.1kg of velvet at 4yrs (see photo), he went on to grow 6.5kg of quality regrowth.. (see photo) This is an amazing performance, but more importantly his velvet is of the highest quality with impeccable style.

His bloodlines are also top shelf. The dam is a daughter of the well performed ‘Balmoral’ and his sire is a son of the huge beamed stag – Spotsburn 403. Koruba will be a very influential  stag now for our advancement in velvet genetics here at Peel Forest Estate.
